MARPESCA Yellow Lip Corvina is caught in the immaculate waters off the coast of South America. It is an extremely mild fish with a flavor and texture resembling that of the Black Grouper. The portions are vacuum packed to retain the fresh flavor in each portion. It is best served grilled, broiled, steamed or baked.
